             Four panels are available on 11" volumes and five
             panels on 13" volumes.
  
             Approximately ten letters or spaces will fit across the
             spine for each inch of thickness.
  
             Print or type information in each panel as desired.
  
             Check spelling and punctuation carefully.
  
             We need enough thickness to stamp the information
             on the spine and in some cases we may have to add
             blank paper to the back of the volume.
                     o Add blank paper if necessary
                     o Call if volume is too thin.

             Include one of these forms in the front of each volume.
