EXTRA THICKNESS Over 2 ½" (Per inch or fraction) $ 15.00

FRONT STAMPING (Per Line) $ 5.00

NCR PAPER (Additional per volume) $ 20.00
   (Or any delicate paper requiring hand rounding and backing)

Please note: We will bind your volumes as we receive them. It is your responsibility to check pagination and tie the volume correctly.

Prices above are for standard 11" height volumes up to 2 ½" thick (not over 3½"), using stock materials for the cover and Kater-Crafts standard spine stamping.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Will be made based on the time necessary to process an order beyond the normal binding procedures. Poor condition of the pages, stapled pieces of paper, pages not tied in groups as the hospital wants them bound or any other reason that may require extra work will be listed as extra preparation and billed at $50.00 per hour. All prices are subject to change without notice.

NORMAL DELIVERY 6 WEEKS
          RUSH Charge for 2 week delivery per volume $ 30.00 (plus binding)
          RUSH Charge for 1 week delivery per volume $ 55.00 (plus binding)

PICK-UP & DELIVERY:
         For orders of less than 10 volumes there is a pick up charge of $30.00
         All orders will be returned via UPS.

MINIMUM BILLING $75.00 (excluding RUSH charges)
